31 Days of Fit- Shake it Out



Obviously one of the keys to being fit is exercising, but lets face it, exercise can be boring. One of my absolute favorite ways to move my body is to dance! I love feeling the rhythm in my bones and just letting the music flow through by body. In my head, I look like someone who an dance, but in person, I'm sure thats not the case. Irregardless, I love it.

So my tip for you today is to dance. Dance while brushing your teeth, dance while sitting in the car, dance while cooking dinner, just DANCE!

It will make you burn in a good way, and it will make you, and whoever happens to see you doing it, smile :)
